Download Dictivo

One canonical site for every desktop installer.

The website is the user-facing channel. Cloudflare Pages serves the site, and Cloudflare R2 serves the installer files from downloads.dictivo.app.

macOS Recommended

Universal DMG

For Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. This is the default Mac download for direct distribution.

Download .dmg

Release target: signed and notarized macOS package.

Windows Recommended

Current-user EXE

Best for most Windows users because it installs without admin deployment steps.

Download .exe

Release target: signed Windows installer.

Windows IT Managed

MSI package

For teams, device management, and future enterprise deployments.

Download .msi

Release target: managed Windows installer.

Embedded Product

The homepage carries the product experience, not just a download button.

Users can inspect the core Dictivo flow before installing: dictation, onboarding, history, and local privacy settings.

Live dictation surface

Capture speech into clean text.

Dictivo keeps the active transcript close to the work surface and makes the recording state visible at a glance.

Commercial Channel

Start with official direct distribution, then add stores as acquisition layers.

Dictivo needs one place where users can download, verify, buy, update, and ask for support. Store listings can come later without replacing the direct relationship.

01

Official website first

The website controls positioning, pricing, release notes, support, and downloadable installers for both desktop platforms.

02

R2-backed downloads

Installer binaries are large release assets, so they belong on R2 behind downloads.dictivo.app, not inside the Pages project.

03

Secondary discovery

Homebrew Cask, winget, Microsoft Store, and a possible Mac App Store edition can point users back to the same official product story.

Privacy Position

A paid product should make trust obvious before the first install.

The channel should state what runs locally, what leaves the device, how updates are signed, and where the user can get an authentic installer. That trust story belongs on dictivo.app.
